My students were staving in the afternoon. I gave them
snacks. My male student announced, “I’m going to save this (indicating ½ of his
snack) for my girlfriend.”
Curiosity took over as I asked, “Who is your girlfriend?”
“I don’t know her name, but she likes me,” was the reply.
Oh young love and the simplicity in it.
