We woke up to a huge spider in outside our sliding door. My son was afraid of the spider, but I tried to help him understand that spiders are cool outside, just not inside. We watched the spider catch a fly and that was fun. The following conversation occurred......
My guy asked, "mom can we keep him as a pet?"
Me thinking no way said, "as long as he stays outside."
My guy thoughtfully, "hummmmm I think I will name him cupcake."
That was funny by itself, but my sister's reaction to it on Facebook was the best-
Sis- "That is no cupcake!"
